She does a phenomenal job on the coloring, the cut (which is not an easy one) and also on my eyebrows for which I receive compliments all of the time. As for the salon, I love the atmosphere and the chairs are really comfy. I rate both Jay Andrews Salon & Spa and Jen both at 5 stars.”
