Confidentiality and Privacy Policy

jay Andrews salon & spa is dedicated to keeping all personal and medical information confidential and well-secured. Special attention and careful draping for privacy, comfort, and relaxation are observed during all body treatment and body massage services.

Child Safety Policy

We welcome children in our salon, however, for safety and insurance reasons, no child under the age of 10 can accompany you while you are having any service as we don’t have facilities or staff to care for children and we cannot assure their safety in the salon environment. We appreciate your understanding and arranging for childcare prior to your visit. Also, we are unable to perform spa treatments on clients under the age of 16 without the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

Gratuity Policy

Our salon accept gratuities in the form of cash or separate check made payable to your stylist. We are unable to add gratuities to your credit or debit card under any circumstances. Prices do not include gratuities (unless noted), and are subject to change without notice.

The salon is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.

Cancellations, Late Arrivals, and Rescheduling Policy

We suggest that you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. If you are a first time client a guest profile will be completed when you arrive. If you cannot make your appointment, please call 24 hours prior to your scheduled time to avoid any service charges. Cancellations of less than 24 hours will be charged a 50% fee; gift certificates will be reduced to half value. No shows will be charged 100% fee. Late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times & will be responsible for full service fees.

Gift Certificate Policy

Gift certificates expire 5 years from date of purchase. After 12 months of inactivity a maintenance fee will be charged based on the amount of the initial value. After 3 years of inactivity card is deemed abandoned.

Refund and Exchange Policy

We are unable to offer refunds for services or products.  There are no returns or exchanges for makeup as all sales are final per Aveda Policy. If you are unhappy with a service you may have received, please contact the salon within 10 days from the date of your service.
